Social Bookmarking Website That Pays… It’s Ximmy!

2 August 2008 580 views No Comment

Just got approved as an affiliate at Ximmy today. I am very much excited to see if I can really earn from this social bookmarking site. Have read some bloggers earning from this website, hope I can be one of them…

Ximmy.com is the usual social bookmarking site where you can submit links to different web contents that are on the web. Yap! Much more of like the famous Digg, Del.icio.us, and StumbleUpon. The difference of Ximmy from these websites is that you get to be rewarded with cash every time that you comment or submit links. Cool Huh?

How does it work?

You earn points for submitting stories and commenting and when your story is published to the home page. Below is the points system:

Points Earn:
• 1 point - Story Submitted
• 1 point - Comment
• 15 points - Popular (on the home page)
• 4 points - Reviews
• 15 points - Invite a friend

How much are the points worth in terms of cash?

Below are the points/cash payout ratio. Once you hit the minimum points requirements, you can redeem the points for cash anytime vial PayPal.

• 1,000 points is equals to $10
• 1,800 points is equals to $20
• 3,200 points is equals to $40
• 6,000 points is equals to $80
• 12,000 points is equals to $160
• 20,000 points is equals to $300

You can also earn as an affiliate. You get paid $0.50 for every member that you refer to Ximmy. That’s not all, if you join as an affiliate, you get paid an instant $5.00 as a bonus. As an affiliate, you need to have at least $25.00 in your account before you can request for a payout.

A yet another cool way to earn some extra money online, right? I’ll make a post again about Ximmy once I receive my first payment. Watch out for it!
